Oliver Wight is a big draw at SCL2011
Almost 150 executives attended the Oliver Wight interactive workshop on ‘Moving from S&OP to an Executive Integrated Business Planning Process’ at this year’s European Supply Chain and Logistics Conference.
Held at the Maritim Hotel in central Berlin, the Oliver Wight session was one of the best attended of the three day event. Senior executives from household name companies across Europe, attended the session hosted by Oliver Wight Partner, Liam Harrington.
Lead sponsors of the event, Oliver Wight also hosted a successful networking luncheon on supply chain benchmarking, and was busy with one-to-one meetings with delegates on their stand in the main exhibition centre in the hotel’s grand chandeliered ballroom.
Harrington said, “SCL2011 was a very successful event for us and there was great interest in IBP and benchmarking from organisations as diverse as food and electronics. In particular delegates seemed to be interested in how to make the transition from S&OP to IBP.”
