Andy Walker has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and Birgit Breitschuh has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Oliver Wight EAME as of 1st January 2026. Both will continue their roles as Partners at Oliver Wight, bringing their deep experience, passion and commitment to excellent in these expanded responsibilities.
Andy has spent many years helping organisations transform their planning, performance, and decision-making capabilities. His leadership style is inclusive, thoughtful, and rooted in a genuine desire to help people and businesses thrive. We’re thrilled to have him guiding our strategic direction in the years ahead.
Alongside celebrating these appointments, we want to warmly acknowledge and thank Kirsty Braines who has served as our CEO for the past three years. Her leadership, commitment, and steady guidance have been invaluable during a period of significant growth and evolution.
