Event Overview

What is this workshop about?

Over the last decade, a hurricane of digital disruption has swept its way through the business landscape, causing it to shift dramatically. With customer expectations and demands at an all-time high and markets continually evolving, businesses must leverage technology with key existing processes to avoid becoming a casualty left in the wake of the storm.

This one-day experiential workshop provides delegates with a vital overview and key knowledge surrounding Enterprise Business Planning, its evolution from Integrated Business Planning and its ability to create a business model that successfully combines people, processes, tools and IT systems.

Featuring guest speakers from Ernst & Young and SAP as well as Futurist, Thimon de Jong, delegates will leave the workshop with a broader understanding of three vital business elements; future leadership needs, optimal future systems & data options and a clear knowledge of how your business can effectively connect the two.

Guest Speaker Presentation Keynote:

Future Human Behaviour & Your Business Strategy
A deep dive into the profound future behavioural changes in response to a rapidly digitalising post-truth world. Trust levels in society are imploding whilst tech developments are exploding spectacularly. What does this mean for society & human behaviour? And how do these developments transform the world of business and leadership? The two main themes of this keynote are embracing the human side of tech and high-trust leadership in low-trust times.
