Oliver Wight host free IBP webinar to impart insights for business growth

Leading business transformation specialists, Oliver Wight, will be sharing its expertise on Integrated Business Planning (IBP) on the 6th October with a free webinar. Entitled Achieving Business Transformation with Integrated Business Planning, it will cover the key benefits of IBP and how the process can successfully help businesses achieve revenue growth of 30 percent or more.

Attendees of the webinar will hear from hosts, Les Brookes, CEO, and Paul Archer, Partner, at Oliver Wight who have worked with some of the world’s best known organisations to deliver IBP, including; Wrigley, BP, Heinz, Revlon and adidas. Brookes and Archer will address the following questions; What can Integrated Business Planning deliver for your business? What does the process involve? And what does it take to get sustainable results?

“We have seen businesses achieve gross margins of over 25 percent when their IBP process has been successfully implemented,” says Brookes. “Unfortunately nine out of 10 implementations aren’t delivering the value they should because the business doesn’t set their ambition high enough for what they want to achieve. The webinar is a great opportunity for Senior Executives and those involved with IBP to learn how the process can truly transform, not just improve, a business so they thrive against competition during rapidly changing conditions.”

IBP is a common sense process for aligning company plans every month to help businesses allocate resources to satisfy customers in the most profitable way. The free webinar will ultimately allow attendees to discover first hand, from the originators of IBP, how to plan more efficiently, effectively and see significant changes to their profits.

The webinar is being held at 14:00 BST /15:00 CEST.
