Oliver Wight to host free IBP webinar in partnership with Danone

Discover how Danone transformed its organisation into a global top performer in a free webinar titled, IBP: why effective leadership is critical to success, at 13:00 BST. on 25th September 2018.

Hosted by Oliver Wight Associates, Debbie Bowen-Heaton and Flavio Pietrocola, attendees will also hear from guest speakers Willemijn Potjer and Mustapha Ezzeddine from Danone, as they share their experience of how Integrated Business Planning (IB) radically improved Danone’s business performance.

Delivered in an informal interview with Potjer and Ezzeddine, attendees will hear first-hand how IBP helped to reboot the multi-billion-dollar organisation and cement Danone’s position as the world’s leading manufacturer of fresh dairy and plant-based products. With a focus on the challenges facing FMCG market when implementing IBP, the webinar will explain why the right leadership is key to successful integration of the process.

“IBP has been proven to deliver cultural transformation in struggling organisations, inspiring continuous improvement and delivering sustainable results,” says Bowen-Heaton, “However, the success of the implementation of IBP rests directly with the leadership. There needs to be 100% buy-in from the top, with management supplying the vision, setting the priorities and providing the resources to support the organisation on its path to reinvention.”

The webinar will also specifically explore the role of the Integrated Business Planning Leader, and how their effectiveness is critical to success, as well as focusing on the key characteristics, skills and calibre of candidate organisations need, to get the most out of their IBP process.
