In the first paper of this two-part series, “Master Scheduling: How to Optimize the Production Scheduling Toolbox,” Eric Deutsch and I walked the reader through the fundamental benefits of establishing the Master Schedule.1 In this second paper, I will walk you through using the Master Schedule in a weekly communications meeting.
