Oliver Wight launches new workshops programme for business leaders

With continued volatility in global markets, business leaders are now demanding more from their planning process in the pursuit of enhanced predictability for their businesses. Business transformation specialists, Oliver Wight, has launched its 2017 workshop programmes to help organisations achieve true business transformation.

As we start the New Year, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) continues to evolve, with many organisations moving towards Enterprise Integrated Business Planning (EIBP). “EIBP uses strategic planning to drive the business and with segmentation, modelling and optimisation as core features, it has the potential to completely transform the performance of the business” says Les Brookes, Chief Executive at Oliver Wight EAME. “However, a recent survey revealed that only two per cent of organisations have the required integration of skills, process, technology and data already in place to make the transition to EIBP.”

As well as the latest workshops for Integrated Business Planning and Supply Chain Management, Oliver Wight has two new additions in its expansive portfolio of workshops for 2017. ‘Demand Sensing and Execution’ reveals how to take the chaos out of short-term planning, while ‘Enhancing Supply Chain Performance’ teaches leaders how to identify and take control of single and multiple locations within the supply chain, so they all deliver on their commitments.

“We’re looking forward to introducing the next generation of IBP, in its EIBP format to more organisations in 2017. To run a successful organisation, it’s as simple, and as difficult, as having the right people with the right behaviours, using the right processes and tools at the right time and in the right way. Oliver Wight workshops are designed to give leaders an insight into what their businesses are capable of.” concludes Brookes.

Public workshops are available throughout Europe and South Africa. For an overview of all the available workshops, dates and locations or to download the Workshop Brochure, please visit our website here
