When did you join Oliver Wight?
I have recently joined the Oliver Wight team coming in from working in the FMCG sector
Tell us about yourself! What does your day-to-day role at Oliver Wight involve?
Working with our clients to help them build and then execute strategy through integrated business planning and integrated tactical planning.
What attracted you to the role?
I love coaching others and the Oliver Wight proven path has coaching at the heart of driving transformational change. Having also been client side, working with the OW team I really bought into both the theory and the way the team work with their clients to harmonise this with the specific needs of each organisation.
Prior to joining the Oliver Wight team what did you do?
I have had a rewarding career working with some of the biggest businesses and brands in the world (Nike / Kellogg’s / GSK / Molson Coors / Suntory) across a number of commercial roles. The last role I did prior to joining Oliver Wight was Head of Commercial Capability at Suntory UK&I.

What is your idea of a utopian workplace?
Where challenge, balance and fun all come together in a perfect blend.

What are your interests outside of work?
I love racket sports, skiing, reading, travelling, and spending time with my family and friends.
You’re an animal for a day – what are you and why?
A cat – my two cats seem to live a very pleasant existence.
