When did you join Oliver Wight?
21st March

Tell us about yourself! What does your day-to-day role at Oliver Wight involve?
I am working with Kuldip within the Business Development function, performing a variety of activities in order to generate qualified leads for the Partners.

What attracted you to the role?
I was immediately intrigued by Oliver Wight and the services that the company provides. I’ve always wanted to be involved in consultative selling. The fact that I would be working within a small sales and marketing team was also particularly attractive to me having only experienced working closely with the marketing team and the synergy that’s created in doing so for the first time in my previous job.

Prior to joining the Oliver Wight team what did you do?
I worked within the ICT industry for 25 years selling B2B and carrying out a variety of roles from lead generation to indirect sales, account management to business development selling business systems – IT and Telco.

What three words best describe you?
Energetic, thoughtful, and easy-going.

What is your idea of a utopian workplace?
That’s got to be a 4 day week…

What emoji best represents you?
The birthday one as I don’t mind a party!

What are your interests outside of work?
I’m a big Gloucester rugby fan, enjoy running, cycling, and exercise generally, reading, Playstation, and messing about on Virtual DJ decks.

You’re an animal for a day – what are you and why?
A tardigrade, so that I could go into outer space for a while without my spacesuit or down to the bottom of the Marianna Trench without my scuba kit.
