Joining the Oliver Wight EAME team in February 2020, Lucy brings a fresh, unique, and invaluable perspective to clients, having lived their challenges and understood their ambitions during her time in industry.
Lucy has led global programs in Integrated Business Planning, demand planning, and supply planning and worked with Oliver Wight to design a knowledge transfer program, championing the change process. With experience of direct and custodial responsibility for multinational teams, Lucy is a strong communicator and an outstanding relationship builder. She is quick to establish trust and inspire change.
