With a background in Integrated Business Planning, advanced planning systems, and AI-powered decision intelligence, Ruan specialises in helping leadership teams turn complexity into competitive advantage. His expertise lies in designing and embedding planning processes, developing leadership behaviours, and ensuring technology supports Oliver Wight's Class A and Proven Path frameworks.
