Dick joined Oliver Wight from his position as Demand Management Lead in EMEA for Zimmer Biomet - a world-leading company in the musculoskeletal healthcare industry. He was responsible for Demand Management and a key player to transfer from S&OP into Oliver Wight's IBP from a Demand Perspective. 

As an Oliver Wight Partner, Dick is focused on bringing alignment amongst Sales & Marketing and the full Supply Chain via a consistent can-do approach. Based on his multiple-year experience in Demand Management and Supply Chain, as well as Oliver Wight's IBP knowledge, he supports organizations to deliver sustainable results in the marketplace.
