All orders are dispatched from our UK headquarters in Gloucester and we aim to dispatch within 2 working days but this may vary during busy periods.
Book orders under £100 and within the UK are sent via 'Royal Mail Tracked 48'. For orders over £100 we will use 'Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm'. If you would prefer that we use a different delivery method, then please speak to us before placing your order. For orders outside of the UK we will use 'Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed'.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation which will include your tracking details. Please note you must track your delivery directly with the courier.
You will be liable for all customs tax and duty payable.
On rare occasions, Royal Mail might be delayed by peak shopping periods when they deal with extreme volumes. We thank you for your patience and understanding during these times.
If we have been unable to deliver your parcel and it is returned to us, we will contact you regarding a refund. If we do not receive instructions from you within 2 weeks we will automatically refund your order.
