Ben has over 20 years of experience in a range of consumer goods companies working with household names such as Carling, Kellogg’s, Nike, Lucozade, and Dunlop. With a background in sales and marketing, he has delivered transformational change in a number of leadership roles. 

Prior to joining Oliver Wight EAME, Ben’s last two roles were Head of Commercial Capability for Suntory UK&I and Operations and Planning Director at Molson Coors Brewing Company UK&I. As Head of Commercial Capability Ben has focused on building organizational and process capability, working with multifunctional teams on key competencies such as Digital Commerce, Resilience, IBP, Strategy, and Joint Business Planning.

Ben offers a unique perspective on the challenges and deliverables of Integrated Business Planning and Integrated Tactical Planning deployments, alongside demonstrated experience as a change management leader.
